What do I do if I discover a problem with my order?

Which company do you use for print-on-demand products & fulfilment?
I partner with Printful to create my print-on-demand products.
What payment methods do you offer?
I currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Why are my product's printed colours different to what I see on my computer or mobile phone screen?
Every computer, laptop and mobile screen may interpret colours and display them with subtle differences between them.
I've done my absolute best to ensure the colours in my product images match their physical counterparts, but some discrepancies can occur, especially as I am working with multiple printing facilities.
Please understand this is completely normal when items are being printed and that it's impossible to ensure accuracy across all devices and printing facilities.
Your designs aren't available on a type of product I'd like to purchase. What can I do?
Maybe you're itching for a mug, a phone case or something else! Either way, I'm honoured that you'd like my creations on even more goodies!
If it's an item that Printful stocks, can be shipped to Australia and works well with my patterns or existing designs, I'd be more than happy to explore creating it for you!

I forgot to apply a discount code to my purchase after signing up for the newsletter. What can I do?
Unfortunately, this discount cannot be retroactively applied to an order once it has been made.
However, this means you can still use the code on your next order if you'd like to shop with Feather Creates again. :)

These are produced by local Australian printers and are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
Print-On-Demand Products
These will ship to you from the nearest available global fulfilment centre that is managed by my print-on-demand supplier. For more information on where they ship from, click here.
What shipping carrier do you use?

I use Australia Post.

My print-on-demand supplier uses USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail, as well as smaller carriers when needed. For more information, click here.
How long will it take for my items to be delivered?

Why haven’t I received my print-on-demand items yet?
Each item is produced especially for you when you place an order and is shipped from an international facility. This means delivery time frames can be a bit longer than usual and could be up to 30 business days in some cases.

Why is my print-on-demand product delivery taking longer than usual?
Sometimes, unexpected things happen, particularly when it comes to working with large print-on-demand suppliers like Printful. All kinds of factors can influence supply chains and delivery logistics (such as material sourcing problems or extremely busy sales periods like Christmas).
If the print-on-demand supplier is overloaded with orders, this can cause delivery delays, and unfortunately, this is beyond my control. I regularly check production timelines for products I stock and will do my best to communicate clearly when production issues or delays occur via website announcements.
It's been a few days since I ordered stickers. Why haven't my stickers shipped yet?
As mentioned on my Shipping & Returns page, please allow 2-3 days* for me to process your order for shipment. I usually visit the post office twice a week, a few days apart, to lodge any sticker orders I receive. Please make sure you factor these timings into your expectations for when your order will be delivered.
I’ve entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
It depends on when your order was placed. Please Contact me immediately so I can determine if an address change is possible. Generally, this can be done if the product hasn’t shipped yet, but I cannot guarantee this and cannot take responsibility for customer error.
For stickers & sticker sheets that have already shipped, please try contacting Australia Post to determine if your package’s address can be altered.
For print-on-demand items that have already shipped, please contact the shipping partner your package is with to see if the address can be altered.
Do you offer free shipping for orders over a certain value?
Not currently, but this is something I may explore in the future. :)
Other
Do you take suggestions to create merch for birds you haven’t drawn yet?
Yes! I’m happy to receive suggestions if there’s a particular bird you’re interested in seeing some goodies for. However, this isn’t a guarantee that I will create this design by any particular time (or at all); it depends on where my flighty muse takes me! But it will definitely help knowing what feathered friends people are particularly keen for. I also plan on running polls from time to time on my social media platforms to gauge interest in what to create next!
Do you use AI-generated content in your artwork or website?
In Artwork: Absolutely not. True creativity comes from human thoughts, emotions and ideas. All my designs are 100% created by hand using digital art drawing programs and a graphics tablet.
On Webpages: Absolutely not. I want to tell the story behind my pieces as authentically as possible in my own words to truly reflect my connection to my creations.
Can I find you at local Australian conventions or artist markets?
Not presently, but I hope to get my ducks in a row and make it to public events one day! If I do, you’ll most likely find me and my birdy art at a future Sydney Supanova.
Are birds, perchance, your favourite animal?
Ah, the old ‘fork found in kitchen’ moment. Yes. Yes they are. :)
(I’m also quite fond of cats. Ssh. Don’t tell the birds.)
